本隐私政策说明 MetaSports（以下简称“本应用”“我们”）在你使用本应用时如何收集、使用、存储与共享你的信息。请在使用前仔细阅读。继续使用本应用，即表示你同意本政策所述的做法。
1. 我们收集的信息

我们不会主动收集你的精确地理位置，也不会要求你提供与上述功能无关的信息。
2. 我们如何使用信息
- 提供、维护与改进本应用的核心功能（赛事资讯、直播、聊天、好友、通话）。
- 对你的账号进行身份验证与安全保护。
- 向你发送你已开启的比赛提醒与消息通知。
- 排查故障、防止滥用、保障服务安全。
我们不会出售你的个人信息，也不会将其用于与本政策无关的广告画像。
3. 第三方服务与 SDK
为实现上述功能，本应用使用以下第三方服务，相关数据将依其各自的隐私政策处理：
- Supabase —— 提供账号鉴权、数据库、实时消息与文件存储（你的账号、资料、聊天、头像等数据托管于此）。
- Apple 登录（Sign in with Apple） —— 第三方登录方式。
- Google 登录（Google OAuth） —— 第三方登录方式。
- Expo Push Notifications —— 发送推送通知所需的令牌服务。
- football-data.org、TheSportsDB —— 提供比赛、球队、球员等公开体育数据；调用时不发送你的个人身份信息。
- WebRTC —— 实现端到端音视频通话；信令通过 Supabase 实时通道传输。
4. 信息的存储与共享
你的数据存储在我们所使用的云服务（Supabase）的服务器上。除以下情形外，我们不会向第三方共享你的个人信息：
- 为提供服务所必需的基础设施服务商（如上述第三方服务）；
- 聊天、好友等功能中，你主动发送或公开的内容会对相应的接收方或聊天室成员可见；
- 法律法规要求或为保护我们及用户合法权益的必要披露。
5. 数据保留
在你的账号存续期间，我们会保留为提供服务所需的信息。当你删除账号后，相关数据将按下一节所述被删除。
6. 删除账号与数据（重要）
你可以随时在 App 内删除账号：进入「我的 / 个人资料」页面 → 注销账号，经两步确认后即可发起删除。
删除账号后，我们将删除你的登录凭据，并级联删除与你账号关联的业务数据（个人资料、关注、好友关系、私聊与比赛聊天消息、推送令牌、头像文件）。该操作不可撤销。如遇问题，可发送邮件至下方联系邮箱协助删除。
7. 儿童隐私
本应用不面向 13 周岁（或你所在司法辖区规定的最低年龄）以下的儿童。我们不会在知情的情况下收集儿童的个人信息。若发现此类情况，我们将予以删除。
8. 安全
我们采取合理的技术与管理措施保护你的信息（如传输加密 HTTPS、访问控制）。但没有任何方法能保证 100% 安全，请妥善保管你的账号凭据。
9. 国际数据传输
我们使用的云服务可能将数据存储或处理于你所在国家/地区以外。使用本应用即表示你了解并同意此类跨境传输。
10. 本政策的变更
我们可能不时更新本政策。重大变更将通过应用内通知或更新本页面的方式告知，并更新顶部的“最后更新”日期。

This Privacy Policy explains how MetaSports (the “App”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, and shares your information when you use the App. Please read it carefully. By continuing to use the App, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect

We do not collect your precise location, nor request information unrelated to the features above.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the App’s core features (sports info, live streaming, chat, friends, calls).
- To authenticate your account and protect its security.
- To send match reminders and message notifications you have enabled.
- To troubleshoot, prevent abuse, and keep the service secure.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiling unrelated to this policy.
3. Third-Party Services & SDKs
To deliver the features above, the App uses the following third-party services. Data handled by them is governed by their respective privacy policies:
- Supabase — authentication, database, realtime messaging, and file storage (your account, profile, chat, and avatar data are hosted here).
- Sign in with Apple — third-party sign-in.
- Google OAuth — third-party sign-in.
- Expo Push Notifications — token service required to deliver push notifications.
- football-data.org, TheSportsDB — public sports data (matches, teams, players); no personally identifying information about you is sent in these requests.
- WebRTC — powers peer-to-peer audio/video calls; signaling is carried over Supabase realtime channels.
4. Storage & Sharing
Your data is stored on the servers of the cloud service we use (Supabase). We do not share your personal information with third parties except:
- Infrastructure providers necessary to operate the service (such as the third-party services above);
- Content you actively send or make public in chat/friends features, which is visible to the relevant recipients or chat-room members;
- Disclosures required by law or necessary to protect the rights of us or our users.
5. Data Retention
We retain the information needed to provide the service for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, the related data is deleted as described in the next section.
6. Account & Data Deletion (Important)
You can delete your account at any time inside the App: go to Profile → Delete Account and confirm through the two-step prompt.
When you delete your account, we delete your login credentials and cascade-delete the data associated with your account (profile, follows, friend relationships, direct and match-chat messages, push tokens, avatar files). This action is irreversible. If you have trouble, email the contact address below for assistance.
7. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have, we will delete it.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information (e.g., HTTPS encryption in transit, access controls). No method is 100% secure, so please safeguard your account credentials.
9. International Data Transfers
The cloud services we use may store or process data outside your country/region. By using the App, you understand and consent to such cross-border transfers.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or by updating this page, and the “Last updated” date at the top will be revised.
